Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
