Spicy Thai Chicken Noodles
These Spicy Thai Chicken Noodles are a perfect balance of flavors and spice. Made with chicken, noodles, vegetables, and a flavorful sauce, this dish is quick and easy to make for a tasty weeknight dinner.
Ingredients
- 8 oz chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz rice noodles
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sriracha sauce, and honey. Set aside.
- Cook the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken slices to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the bell pepper, carrot, green onions, and garlic. Cook until the vegetables are tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and chicken back to the skillet.
- Pour the sauce over the noodles and chicken, and toss to coat everything evenly in the sauce.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until everything is heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
